Mike Dillingham

Mike is a seasoned litigator and certified information privacy professional.  His practice focuses on strategic development of regulatory compliance programs, litigation risk management, and active litigation defense.  His prior work includes management of corporate licensing applications to city, county, and state authorizing agencies, development of employment policies and practices, extensive litigation in state and federal courts, and development of quality assurance programs and procedures.  

Mike brings a pragmatic perspective to dispute resolution, and has guided clients efficiently and effectively through a wide range of regulatory violations and business issues.  He works with individuals, partnerships, and corporations. 

Prior to his legal career, he worked in a series of startups in the technology and biotechnology industries, and gained significant experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance in those contexts.  Mike also has experience developing database applications and, more recently, programming iOS apps using the Swift programming language.

Mike received his J.D. from Fordham Law in New York City, and his B.A. in English Literature from U.C. Berkeley.  He is licensed to practice in California.
